AI fluency is not a specialist skill reserved for engineers, coders or technically advanced professionals. As AI becomes embedded into how we learn, work, communicate and create, every person will increasingly need the ability to understand AI, question its outputs, use it responsibly, collaborate with it and create value with it.
Our ambition is therefore not simply to teach people how to use AI tools. It is to help prepare current and future talent to learn, work and create confidently in an increasingly AI-enabled world. This includes protecting and strengthening the reasoning, judgement, creativity and human collaboration that AI should support rather than replace.
